Attorney Eliadi is an associate who concentrates his practice in civil litigation. Mr. Eliadi received his Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, followed by his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover in 2010. While attending law school, he volunteered at the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court system to provide indigent pro se litigants with legal assistance on domestic relations issues. Attorney Eliadi received awards in the study of legal ethics and professionalism, First Amendment studies, and an award in the study of motions and litigation practice.  Outside of legal practice, Matt has written an article published by the New England First Amendment Center and has worked as an editorial assistant for a major Manhattan publishing company. As a teacher, Matt has taught outdoor science education throughout New England and contributes to his alma mater as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law. Matt is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester Bar Association.
Attorney Annenberg received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 1986 and his J. D. from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1992.  While at Thomas Cooley, Ross was a member of the Law Review and an active member of his class. Ross was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1992 and is also admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Connecticut.  Mr. Annenberg has tried numerous cases to verdict including wins in the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and United States Court of Appeals, and he continues to bring case after case to a beneficial resolution for his clients.  Ross also counts participation in the 2009 Boston Marathon for charity amongst his many personal achievements.
Attorney Williams has been involved in the healthcare industry since 1977.  Her extensive educational background includes a Bachelors of Science degree in nursing from Duquesne University, a J.D. from New England School of Law, a Master of Public Health from Harvard University, and a Master of Science in Emergency Planning and Preparedness from Anna Maria College. Ms. Williams’ past clinical experience is in emergency department nursing and quality management oversight and she is an active member of the Rhode Island Disaster Management Team (D-MAT) as their supervisory nurse and safety officer. Ms. Williams has authored and published numerous medical/legal articles and book chapters, in addition to serving on the editorial board of several major medical journals and books. She holds adjunct faculty positions at several colleges and universities in New England and remains actively involved in healthcare risk management, emergency planning and response policy making and issue resolution. Ms. Williams is a nationally recognized lecturer on issues of health law, EMS law and disaster litigation and is an experienced trial lawyer.
